2025 Sustainability Report

• Held 3 meetings of the Sustainability Committee (now the Nominating & Governance Committee) to oversee our sustainability progress 
• Completed over 1,700 hours of safety, cybersecurity, governance, and development training by our employees 
• Maintained zero recordable safety incidents throughout FY25 
• Trained 100% of our employees and Board Directors on Corporate Code of Conduct and cybersecurity trainings 
• Measured and shared our FY25 Scope 1, Scope 2, and select Scope 3 corporate carbon footprint 
• Procured 100% of our operational electricity demand from renewable sources 
• Continued our partnership and research with the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture on sustainable land rehabilitation in West Tennessee 
• Donated over $45,000 in funds and volunteered time to support our local community initiatives 
• Awarded $26,000 in scholarships to support the next generation of STEM leaders 
• Provided FY25 disclosures following GRI and SASB guidelines
