2023 Sustainability Report

• Held 8 meetings of the ESG Committee of the Board to oversee our sustainability progress
• Completed an initial set of Global Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies
• Provided Health and Safety trainings including CPR, First Aid, and MSHA trainings
• Hired a VP of Sustainability
• Measured and shared our FY23 Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 corporate carbon footprint
• Procured renewable energy for our current Utah and Tennessee operations
• Completed and shared a single product life cycle assessment (LCA) on IperionX 100% recycled spherical titanium powder
• Obtained UL validation of 100% recycled content for our powder production in Utah
• Continued our partnership and research with the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture on sustainable land rehabilitation in West Tennessee
• Installed beehives in West Tennessee to support pollinators and local biodiversity
• Donated funds and volunteered time to support our local community initatives
• Provided $18,000 in STEM scholarships to support the next generation of STEM leaders
• Provided FY23 ESG disclosures following GRI, SASB, and TCFD guidelines
