2022 Sustainability Report

• Formed an ESG Committee of the Board of Directors and developed an internal sustainability strategy playbook to guide our efforts
• Conducted a comprehensive double materiality assessment to receive input from our internal and external stakeholders to help guide our sustainability strategy and initiatives
• Established internal ESG goals for FY23 in five priority material focus areas
• Began development of a world-class environmental health and safety management system
• Conducted a life cycle assessment (LCA) to understand the overall potential impact of our titanium technology and provide insights for further improvement as the technology is commercialized
• Measured our initial corporate carbon footprint (Scopes 1, 2, and 3) for our first two fiscal years of operation
• Engaged in ongoing community relationship-building with local government, individuals, businesses, and educational institutions
• Provided FY22 ESG disclosures following GRI, SASB, and TCFD guidelines
