Dr. Eliana Fu

Materials scientist with extensive industry experience in aerospace additive and traditional manufacturing at Titanium Metals Corp (TIMET). Dr. Fu also had roles with SpaceX and Relativity Space, who are global leaders in the application of 3D printing for rocket production for space exploration. She participated in former Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti’s Advanced Manufacturing Committee and is Ambassador for the Las Vegas Chapter of Women in 3D Printing.

Ray Nimrod is a renowned expert in patent law and a partner at the law firm of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan. He represents a wide variety of technology clients, including Dow Chemical, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Mitsubishi Tanabe, Cree, Vifor, Fresenius and Harvard and MIT’s Broad Institute. Among his current representations, Nimrod serves as lead counsel for the Broad Institute in litigation relating to CRISPR gene editing technology. He also serves as Chairman of the Board and Advisory Board member of Finantix (now part of InvestCloud), a firm specializing in technology for banking and insurance companies, and Executive Chairman of Global Shares, a global provider of equity compensation management solutions for companies and their employees.
Prior to joining Motive, Andy co-led Blackrock’s Alternative Investment Platform (BAI). He helped grow the business to over $120 billion in assets and more than $1.2 billion in revenues. Andy chaired BAI’s Executive Committee and was a member of the BAI Investment Committee. He also worked as Managing Director and Head of Liquid Alternatives at Credit Suisse and was President and Chief Operating Officer at Man Investments.
Andy holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Indiana University and a BA from the University of California.
