In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve production efficiency, enhance product quality, and ensure all operations meet rigorous safety and quality standards.
Quality Coordinator - Virginia
IperionX is seeking a Quality Coordinator to join our team at IperionX’s Titanium Manufacturing Campus in the Southern Virginia Technology Park. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with applicable ISO standards, and supporting ongoing certification readiness. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, coordinating internal audits, and managing documentation control processes to uphold quality and operational excellence. This position reports directly to the Senior Quality Engineer and serves as a critical contributor to IperionX’s commitment to high-performance manufacturing and quality assurance.
Production Supervisor - Night - Virginia
IperionX is seeking a Production Supervisor (Night) to join our team at the Titanium Manufacturing Campus in the Southern Virginia Technology Park. In this role, you will support the scale-up of our innovative, low-carbon titanium manufacturing operations by leading safe, efficient chemical and metallurgical production processes. As a frontline leader, you will oversee hourly operators, ensure production and quality targets are met, and maintain a strong presence on the floor while collaborating closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and EHS teams to drive reliable operations and continuous improvement.
Advanced Manufacturing Engineer - Virginia
IperionX is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at IperionX’s Titanium Manufacturing Campus in the Southern Virginia Technology Park. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and production of complex metal components using cutting-edge additive manufacturing technologies, with a strong focus on Binder Jetting and Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF). You’ll play a critical part in advancing our manufacturing capabilities from print preparation and process optimization to post-processing and full production readiness ensuring high-quality, scalable output. As a key contributor, you will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, quality, and customer teams to bridge the gap between innovation and execution, helping bring next-generation titanium products from concept to reality.
