In this role, you will support the scale-up of our innovative, low-carbon titanium manufacturing operations by leading safe, efficient chemical and metallurgical production processes. As a frontline leader, you will oversee hourly operators, ensure production and quality targets are met, and maintain a strong presence on the floor while collaborating closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and EHS teams to drive reliable operations and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and production of complex metal components using cutting-edge additive manufacturing technologies, with a strong focus on Binder Jetting and Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF). You’ll play a critical part in advancing our manufacturing capabilities from print preparation and process optimization to post-processing and full production readiness ensuring high-quality, scalable output. As a key contributor, you will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, quality, and customer teams to bridge the gap between innovation and execution, helping bring next-generation titanium products from concept to reality.
