2024 Sustainability Report

• Held 4 meetings of the ESG Committee to oversee our sustainability progress
• Trained all employees on our Global Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies and our Corporate Code of Conduct and Ethics
• Completed over 1,000 hours of Health and Safety trainings
• Measured and shared our FY24 Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 corporate carbon footprint
• Procured close to 60% of our operational electricity from renewable sources
• Completed a comparative life cycle assessment (LCA) on IperionX 100% recycled spherical titanium powder compared to other metal powders
• Obtained revalidation by UL for 100% recycled content for our powder production in Utah
• Continued our partnership and research with the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture on sustainable land rehabilitation in West Tennessee
• Donated funds and volunteered time to support our local community initiatives
• Provided $27,500 in scholarships to support the next generation of STEM leaders
• Released our Statement on Sustainable Development and shared our progress in supporting the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
• Provided FY24 ESG disclosures following GRI, SASB, and TCFD guidelines
